Warm herb-infused oils are applied across the body before a soothing oil stream flows over the forehead. The oils, temperature, duration and combination are custom-selected for your teenager by our Ayurveda Vaidya during the mandatory pre-therapy consultation.

The session, step by step
Pre-therapy consultation
A 15-minute assessment with the Ayurveda Vaidya to review your teenager's constitution and tailor the oils, temperature and duration.
Full-body oil massage
Warm, constitution-appropriate oil is applied across the body with gentle, rhythmic strokes.
Soothing oil stream
A continuous stream of warm oil is poured gently over the forehead for deep calm.
Restful close
The session settles into a deeply relaxing finish to leave your teenager rested and refreshed.
This treatment is not suitable when your teenager has a fever or any acute illness, an active infection, a skin infection or open wound, or immediately after food. Every session is preceded by the mandatory pre-therapy consultation with our Ayurveda Vaidya, who assesses your teenager's constitution, skin sensitivity, digestion and any contraindications before therapy begins.
